ღვინო დამზადებულია ასურეთული შალას ჯიშისგან ბოლნისის ვენახებიდან მოწეული ყურძნით. მისი დავარგება მიმდინარეობს მუხის კასრებში, რაც აძლევს დამატებით ტექსტურასა და ნატიფ სურნელოვან ტონებს. მუხა ხაზს უსვამს ღვინის ბუნებრივ არომატებს და ამდიდრებს მის სტრუქტურას.
