ეს ნატურალურად შუშხუნა ღვინო იმერეთში, კერძოდ მეორე სვირის მზით განათებულ ვენახებში მოკრეფილი კრახუნას ჯიშის ყურძნიდან არის დაყენებული. მეორე სვირის ტერუარი ცნობილია თავისი ნოყიერი ნიადაგითა და ოპტიმალური ექსპოზიციით, რაც ყურძენს განსაკუთრებულ სიცოცხლესა და ენერგიას სძენს. ღვინო დამზადებულია პეტნატის (Pét-Nat) მეთოდით, რაც გულისხმობს ფერმენტაციის ბოთლში დასრულებას ყოველგვარი დანამატების გარეშე.
