ღვინო შექმნილია მეღვინე გიორგი კახოიძის მიერ, "ღვინის ხალხის" სახელით. ეს უნიკალური ღვინო დამზადებულია ქვევრის ტრადიციული მეთოდით კახეთის რეგიონში. სიმონასეული, იშვიათი, მხოლოდ საქართველოში გავრცელებული წითელი ჯიშისგან დამზადებული ღვინო, მევენახეობისა და მეღვინეობის სინთეზის ნათელი მაგალითია.
ღვინო გაუფილტრავია და შესაძლოა შეიცავდეს ბუნებრივ ლექს, რაც მის ცოცხალ ხასიათზე მიუთითებს. აქვს ალუბლისფერი ელფერი და გამოხატული არომატული პროფილი: მაყვალი და მწიფე წითელი ხილი მყისიერად იგრძნობა არომატში. გემოზე გამოირჩევა ხავერდოვანი ტანინებით, საშუალო სხეულითა და ხანგრძლივი, გამყოლი დაბოლოებით.
