ეს წითელი მშრალი ღვინო დაყენებულია ქართლის რეგიონში, მარაბდის ველიდან მოწეული შავკაპიტოს ჯიშის ყურძნიდან. შავკაპიტო ქართლის ერთ-ერთი უძველესი და კეთილშობილი ჯიშია, რომელიც „მარაბდის ველის“ ამ ნიმუშში კლასიკური ტექნოლოგიით არის წარმოდგენილი. 2024 წლის მოსავალმა ამ ღვინოში შეიძინა ის სინაზე და სტრუქტურა, რაც ახალგაზრდა, მაღალი ხარისხის წითელი ღვინისთვისაა დამახასიათებელი. ღვინოს აქვს ლამაზი ბროწეულისფერი შეფერილობა. მისი ბუკეტი გამორჩეულია სანელებლების პიკანტური ნოტებითა და სასიამოვნო მოტკბო ტონებით, რაც ღვინოს დახვეწილ არომატულ პროფილს სძენს. გემოზე ღვინო ხასიათდება საშუალო სხეულითა და რბილი, ხავერდოვანი ტანინებით. 13%-იანი ალკოჰოლი ჰარმონიულად ერწყმის ღვინის სტრუქტურას, რაც საბოლოო ჯამში ქმნის დაბალანსებულ და ადვილად დასალევ პროფილს. ეს შავკაპიტო საუკეთესოდ ეხამება შემწვარ ფრინველის ხორცს, ხბოს ხორცის კერძებს, პასტასა და საშუალოდ დაძველებულ ყველს.Customer reviews:
