საღვინე სახლის საფერავი 2016 მზადდება თბილისში, წავკისის ველზე არსებულ მცირე მარანში, კაკაბეთის რეგიონში მოყვანილი ყურძნისგან, კლასიკური მეთოდით, მუხის კასრებში დაძველებით. ეს ღვინო შექმნილია "საღვინე სახლის" მიერ და გამოირჩევა ღრმა მუქი ლალისფერი შეფერილობით.
მის არომატში პირველივე ჩასუნთქვიდან იგრძნობა პიმპილი, მაყვალი, შავი ქლიავი და ვანილის დახვეწილი შრეები, რაც მუხის კასრებთან ჰარმონიულად არის შერწყმული. გემოზე იძლევა დახვეწილ, ჰარმონიულ გამოცდილებას, ძლიერი სხეულითა და რბილი სტრუქტურით.
