ღვინო სოფელ წინანდალში მოწეული მერლოს ჯიშისგან არის დადუღებული ქვევრში დაახლოებით ერთი თვით, შემდეგ კი დავარგებულია ფრანგული მუხის კასრებში. ღვინო შეფერილია მუქ ალუბლისფერად, აქვს ლალისფერი კანტი. წამყვანია კასრის არომატები, განსაკუთრებით კვამლი და მსუბუქი ტყავი, ასევე იგრძნობა ტყის ნიადაგისა და ხორცის ტონები. სხეულიანი და მაღალალკოჰოლური ღვინოა მთრიმლავი ტანინებითა და ხანგრძლივი დაბოლოებით.
კარგად შეეხამება გრილზე შემწვარ საქონლისა და ღორის ხორცს, სოკოს კერძებს, მობრაწულ ბოსტნეულს.
