Its amber hue reflects skin contact and natural extract, while the 12.5% alcohol is seamlessly integrated into its rounded body, preserving balance and elegance. The aromatic profile opens with ripe fruit notes that bring warmth and maturity, while the combination of qvevri and oak adds layered complexity and subtle depth. On the palate, it is textural and refined, with velvety tannins that provide softness and structure, leading to a long, calm finish. Its rounded structure and elegant tannins make it an excellent match for roasted white meats, slow-braised chicken, mushroom-based dishes, and medium-bodied cheeses. From Georgian cuisine, it pairs especially well with elarji, Imeretian khachapuri, stewed vegetables with a light walnut touch, and oven-roasted pumpkin.
