This semi-sweet white wine is a harmonious blend of two noble Kakhetian varieties: Khikhvi and Mtsvane. Produced by Samadashvili winery using classic technology, the natural residual sugar of the grapes is preserved by carefully arresting the fermentation process. The 2024 vintage presents itself as a delicate, aromatic, and well-balanced wine. The wine displays a delicate straw hue in the glass. Its bouquet is remarkably inviting, featuring a pleasant synthesis of spring flower scents and notes of ripe white orchard fruits. On the palate, it is defined by a light body and a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity, which perfectly counterbalances the natural sweetness and gives the wine a cheerful profile. The 13.5% alcohol content is well-integrated into the wine's structure. This semi-sweet blend pairs perfectly with desserts, fruit platters, light cakes, and fresh cheeses.
