Product details:
The wine is made by the Kakhuri traditional method in qvevri. It is characterized by an amber color with an orange tint. Wine needs aeration, it opens up and reveals an authentic Georgian character. Aromas of dried figs, baked quince, spices, and light smoke are pronounced. It has a full body and characteristic tannins.
The wine is in good shape for consumption, although it has the potential to be aged for several years. Perfectly paired with grilled poultry with artichoke or asparagus garnish, as well as Central Asian flounder with lamb.
