In the glass, the wine presents a beautiful ruby color. The nose offers an intriguing blend of vibrant blueberry notes beautifully intertwined with warm spices. On the palate, it features a medium body and remarkably soft tannins, making it elegant and highly approachable. This 12% ABV red dry wine is carefully crafted by the "39 Qvevri" winery using the ancient, traditional Georgian Qvevri method, utilizing the rare Shavkapito grape cultivated in the Bitsmendi micro-zone of the Kartli region. Thanks to the Qvevri maturation and the distinct characteristics of the grape, this wine possesses a solid potential for further development and graceful aging in the bottle. For food pairings, this Shavkapito is an excellent match for diverse international cuisine.
