Crafted using the traditional qvevri method, 8000 History Rkatsiteli 2022 is a refined expression of Georgia’s ancient winemaking heritage. With its amber hue and alluring bouquet of dried white fruits — including apple, peach, and a hint of spice — this wine captures both elegance and authenticity.
On the palate, it is harmonious and well-structured, with smooth tannins and a persistent finish that reveals layers of minerality and depth.
Sourced from selected vineyards in Napareuli, Telavi (Kakheti), where Rkatsiteli finds a strong and traditional expression through structure, aromatic richness, and qvevri-driven complexity.
Excellent with lightly roasted pork or veal, mushroom ragout, spiced white bean dishes, or aged Georgian cheeses.
