დამზადებულია ტრადიციული ქვევრის მეთოდით. "8000 ისტორია"-ს 2022 წლის რქაწითელი წარმოადგენს ქართული მეღვინეობის მრავალსაუკუნოვან გამოცდილებაზე დაფუძნებულ ელეგანტურ ინტერპრეტაციას. ღვინო ქარვისფერი შეფერილობით ხიბლავს და პირველივე ცხვირზე იგრძნობა თეთრი ხილის ჩირების დახვეწილი არომატები: ვაშლი, გამომშრალი ატამი და მსუბუქი სანელებლური ტონი.
პალატზე ჰარმონიულია, რბილი სტრუქტურით და მომწიფებული ტანინებით. გემო გრძელდება ხანგრძლივი და მდგრადი დაბოლოებით, რომელიც მინერალურობასა და სიღრმეს ქმნის.
ყურძენი მოწეულია ნაფარეულის (თელავის) ზონის რჩეული ვენახებიდან, სადაც რქაწითელი გამორჩეულად ავლენს თავის ტრადიციულ სახეს — ძლიერი სტრუქტურა, არომატული სიმდიდრე და ქვევრის ბუნებრივი ძალა.
იდეალურია მსუბუქად შემწვარ ღორის ან ხბოს ხორცთან, სოკოს რაგუსთან, პიკანტური თეთრი ლობიოს კერძებთან ან დავარგებულ ქართულ ყველთან.
