This naturally sparkling wine is produced from Krakhuna grapes harvested in the sun-drenched vineyards of Meore Sviri, Imereti. The unique micro-zone of Meore Sviri provides the perfect balance of sunlight and soil composition, giving the grapes a distinct vitality. The wine is crafted using the Petnat method, where fermentation finishes in the bottle to create a natural, unfiltered sparkle.

The wine displays a delicate straw color and a bouquet filled with fresh white fruit aromas. On the palate, it is characterized by a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity and a crisp texture that defines the Krakhuna variety. With an alcohol content of 13%, it offers a more structured and robust body than typical sparkling wines while maintaining a refreshing profile.

This Petnat perfectly pairs with cold appetizers, grilled fish, poultry dishes, and traditional Imeretian cuisine like Khachapuri.
