This naturally sparkling white dry wine is a harmonious blend of Kartli’s signature varieties—Chinuri and Goruli Mtsvane. Harvested from the historic terroir of Lamiskana Estate, the grapes were processed using the ancestral Petnat (Pét-Nat) method, where fermentation finishes inside the bottle. This technique preserves the natural carbon dioxide, giving the wine its lively effervescence and authentic character. The wine displays a delicate straw color in the glass. The bouquet is of medium intensity, highlighted by the crisp and zesty aromas of fresh lemon. On the palate, it is remarkably cheerful and energetic; the vibrant, "cyanic" acidity is perfectly balanced with a 12% alcohol content, creating a light, refreshing profile enhanced by its natural sparkle. This Petnat is perfect as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, light salads, and fresh Georgian cheeses.
