Produced in the village of Zodi in the Chiatura municipality of Imereti, this family-crafted Tsolikauri from Zodi Winery reflects both the delicacy of the grape and the regional qvevri tradition. Fermented and matured in qvevri, the wine gains structure and textural depth, while Imereti’s relatively cooler climate preserves its vibrant acidity. The wine displays a light amber hue. On the nose, tropical fruit tones stand out, with mango and pineapple leading the aromatic profile, complemented by subtle qvevri nuances that add complexity. On the palate, high acidity provides energy and precision. The structure is defined and lively, finishing clean and relatively short, emphasizing freshness and clarity. It pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses, and light Imeretian cuisine, as well as herb-driven dishes with citrus accents.
