დოლიძის ვენახების ჩხავერი გურიის რეგიონიდან, ჩოხატაურის მიკროზონიდან, დაყენებულია ქვევრში და წარმოადგენს ამ იშვიათი ადგილობრივი ჯიშის ნატიფ, ელეგანტურ და ავთენტურ ინტერპრეტაციას. ღია ლალისფერი ტონი მიანიშნებს მის მსუბუქ სხეულსა და ჰაეროვან სტრუქტურაზე, ხოლო 13% ალკოჰოლი ჰარმონიულად ერწყმის ბალანსს, რაც ღვინოს დახვეწილობას უნარჩუნებს.
