ეს ქარვისფერი მშრალი ღვინო დაყენებულია კახეთის რეგიონში მოწეული ხიხვის ჯიშის ყურძნიდან, რომელიც ერთ-ერთ ყველაზე კეთილშობილ და იშვიათ ქართულ ჯიშად ითვლება. „ტერა ჯორჯიას“ საოჯახო მარანში ღვინო ქვევრის ტრადიციული მეთოდით დამზადდა. ქვევრში ჭაჭაზე დაყოვნებამ ხიხვისთვის დამახასიათებელ ეგზოტიკურ ბუნებას ტრადიციული კახური სირთულე და სტრუქტურა შესძინა. ღვინოს აქვს კაშკაშა ქარვისფერი შეფერილობა. მისი ბუკეტი საშუალო ინტენსივობისაა და გამოირჩევა თეთრი ხილის მწიფე, სასიამოვნო არომატებით. გემოზე ღვინო არის ხალისიანი და ენერგიული; ცინცხალი მჟავიანობა და 12%-იანი ალკოჰოლი ქმნის კარგად დაბალანსებულ, მსუბუქ სხეულს, რაც ქვევრის ღვინისთვის დამახასიათებელ ტანინებთან ერთად ჰარმონიულ პროფილს ქმნის. ეს ხიხვი საუკეთესოდ ეხამება შემწვარ ფრინველის ხორცს, თევზს, ნიგვზიან საუზმეულსა და საშუალოდ დაძველებულ ყველს.Customer reviews:
